How do we ever really know that the people we interact with are what they say they are?  How do know that they feel what they say they feel?  It is all subjective and we are all individuals in this random web of interconnectedness that we weave together upon this earth. I find that extremely emotional episodes in my life have tremendous ability to give perspective to a whole host of my own ‘isms’.

Yesterday was an emotionally charged day for me and it seems to have carried over into today.  I’ve not only lost someone who I thought cared about me as a friend, but I also found out that my sister-in-law is moving out in about 2 weeks.  The phrase, life comes at you fast seems to fit.

So what do I resolve?  I don’t even know at this point.  I feel numb and empty.  Like a shell without anything inside.

Are they really random?  Is there a plan in this world that we are just not aware of?  I’m not totally sure.  I do believe that everything in our lives not only happens for a reason, but is also perfect.  We may not be able to realize at the occurrence of an event what the reason is, but I think it is always something that is perfect for us right then.  That old adage of hindsight is 20/20 is pretty right on too  I think through reflection we can do a lot to figure out why events have played out in our lives.  I have been having a lot of synergy lately within the events of my life.  I feel like pieces are all coming together to create a path for me to walk on.  Similar to like in the X-Men when they are walking into the chamber and the floor is flying out and forming in front of them.  At least I think that was the movie?? 

I am excited to walk down this path that has been forming for years now, but not without some trepidation also!
